Sheep Farm and Creamery

Back to LaFayette, GA for coffee and Brunch with Brent. Got a tour of the farm and creamery. Waved to Hannah through the creamery windows. Making Cheese is a clean business, and she couldn't come out of the clean room while we were there. Brent looks great. Enjoyed so much the short time there. Loaded up a bunch of their cheese into my cooler for delivery to the Boise, Idaho family reunion. Check out great news article and video to see the vision. You can also check out their facebook page and the website for the TAG Line Farms and the Rosemary and Thyme Creamery. The website has a neato About page with local history of the Tag Line. The SIGN makes sense now!

The International Towing & Recovery Museum

The International Towing & Recovery Museum is just south of Chattanooga. I noticed it when I was sitting in the Dunkin Donuts parking lot across the street from it. Made me wonder how many unique little places and museums dot the country like this. So I took a picture for future reference. Looked it up later. This place is not just a collection of tow trucks. It is a professional organization promoting the towing and rescue profession and safety. Note the emphasis, not just TOWING, but RECOVERY. Read the Bios in the list of this years 2022 inductees

Onward to Biloxi, MI

We left Brents around Noon for New Orleans. Drove straight south through GA, AL, then Mississippi. Passed through cities of Birmingham, Mobile, and ended up in Biloxi,MI, just an hour short of NO. Most of our knowledge along the route came from short stops at the "Welcome Centers" in each state.

Yellow Creek Falls Fish Camp

This was a interesting pit stop in Leesburg, Alabama, not too far out of Georgia. Yellow Creek Falls Fish Camp has its place in the world. At the side of the road stop is actually just a wierd kind of convenience store serving campers/fisherman I presume. The actual campgrounds is somewhere on the otherside of the road next to the lake and moving inward to the forest where the actual waterfall Yellow Creek Falls must be located. In any case, they describe the shop as:

What they say about the store is:

The Original Yellow Creek Falls Fish Camp! Established in 1960, Yellow Creek Falls Fish Camp has been family owned for almost 60 years...
We are so much more than just a "Fish Camp". We offer the following for your enjoyment:
Full Service General Store Camping Extensive Tackle, Bait, and Fishing Supplies Kayak, Canoe, and Paddleboat Rentals Fine Selection of Musical Instruments and Related Gear Hot Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Free Boat Ramp and Launch So much more..

So the strange part, no photos, is that the interior perimeter is completely lined with a "Fine Selection of Musical Instruments" that includes about 20 high end guitars in the over the thousands of dollars price range. Cool. Yes at this place in the middle of no where.
